Hello Readers. The week has just flown by, but that’s okay because it’s Sunday again and time for another six sentences. This week’s offering comes my work-in-progress, Judah and Tamar, which will be my next blog series, starting January 2013. On the heels of last week’s post, married life for Tamar has not been good, but it’s all about to change now.
Six Sentence Sunday is a blogging experience where participants post six sentences from something they’re working on or something they’ve published. You can visit their site to check out the other participants or to join in on the fun.

Tamar braces herself for the hit that’s coming, drawing her arms over her head and closing her eyes. She has done this so often, it is second nature to her now.
But the punch never comes.
She hears Onan gasp for air and lowers her arms. He is clutching his chest, leaning towards her and fighting to stay on his feet. It’s a battle he is quickly losing, though, and in the next moment, Onan tumbles forward as Tamar moves out of his way, letting him fall to the floor.
Looks, like he got what he deserved! Sounds like an interesting book-TBB, then TBR soon. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your comment. And thanks for stopping by.
There’s so much in your six! Abuse, a smiting … and now Tamar moves on. Very nice.
Jam-packed. 🙂 Thanks for your comments and for stopping by.
Oh dear, things don’t look so good for Onan. Intriguing six.
Thank you. 🙂
Goodness, that is a strong and disturbing image. A very effective six sentences. Well done.
Thank you. I appreciate your comments.
Heart attack? Cosh from behind the curtains? I’m enthralled. this is a part of the bible I haven’t read.
I’ll tell, it’s amazing the stories that are in there. Better than any soap opera. Thanks for coming back and thanks for your comments.
