Welcome… back?
Really, this is more of a reset, as it’s been a while since I last blogged. Also this might be your first time here, so perhaps just… welcome!
I started this website in 2011 to share my books and writings with my audience. Fourteen years and eight books later, much has changed. Life does that.
What hasn’t changed is that I continue to write. And while I’ve published stories I remain proud of, there are more that I want to write, more stories I want to tell.
This time, though, I want to serialize my fiction. Yes, the end result will be books, but I want to publish my stories, one chapter at a time, and build a community of readers who share the same passion as me.
Lofty goal, right? But I believe it’s doable.
My serial works will be found on my Substack publication, Ruth Writes, but you’ll be able to read my micro fictions, my short tales, my thoughts (hence the blog title ‘Notebook’), and any news/updates pertaining to my work here. I won’t bog your inbox down with emails, promise. My plan is to post once every two weeks. If you would like to read more, you can visit Ruth Writes.
